..and OK, I admit it, I’m a real and authentic nosey Parker!
I have a passion for celebrating people and adore connecting with couples to discover their unique life journeys and shared experiences. I strive to make the ceremony planning process fun, meaningful, and stress-free.
My aim is to bring your love story to life so that when the big day arrives, I will deliver your personal ceremony with an authenticity, love, and humour that will captivate and inspire.
I am an experienced public speaker, with a warm, open-hearted and engaging manner that aims to put couples and their guests at ease and with a wealth of training behind me, your celebration is in safe and caring hands.
No two journeys are the same. Each ceremony I create keeps the leading couple at its heart and is designed to encapsulate the unique bond you share and to celebrate your love for each other.
I begin with a blank page, crafting couples’ stories through heartfelt words, moulding each narrative into beautiful one-of-a-kind ceremonies that couples can enjoy and treasure for years to come.
Trained and accredited by Humanists UK, I am proud to promote inclusivity and welcome couples from all walks of life. As an advocate for marriage equality, I am honoured to conduct same-sex ceremonies.

Why a humanist ceremony?
A humanist wedding or vow renewal is a meaningful, welcoming, inclusive, non-religious celebration of love.
In genuine humanist tradition, each ceremony is built from the couple’s values, aspirations, and dreams.
There are no restrictions on the words you say, the poems, readings, songs or rituals you include, or the venue you choose.
A humanist ceremony is more than a public declaration of your commitment to each other, it’s a unique celebration of the two of you, and an opportunity to share your love story with those you hold dear.

From large-scale weddings to intimate celebrations, the beauty of a humanist ceremony is that it can be held ANYWHERE!
With the legalities taken care of separately, it is not necessary that your venue be officially licensed.
So, whether you envisage exchanging vows on the beach or in your back garden, together we can make your dreams come true.

To make your ceremonies even more personal you may wish to include meaningful symbolic gestures.
These can be traditional, solemn, fun or quirky, such as a handfasting, lighting a unity candle or jumping the broom!
For ‘blended’ families, a symbolic gesture such as sand or herb blending can be particularly special.
